CentroHub offers drop-in access to a variety of resources NSCC students need via a virtual concierge experience using Zoom. Students can expect to meet with a staff member to briefly (10-15 minutes) discuss quick topics such as:

- changing your program of study
- withdrawing from a course
- financial aid status
- waiving health insurance
- paying a bill
Please note that these drop in opportunities are on a first come, first served basis and may require a wait depending on time of day.
