About Title IX
The College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any education program or activity that it operates, and it is required by Title IX and 34 C.F.R Part 106 搂106.8(b) not to discriminate in such a manner. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 states:
鈥淣o person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.鈥�

Deciding whether to report
At 天九电子, our desire is to create a working and learning environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves into the community. Whenever a community member experiences harassment, discrimination, sexual violence, or violence of any kind, we encourage the community member to submit a report right away.
The College recognizes that deciding if and how to proceed can be difficult. We encourage complainants and witnesses to seek assistance from a Confidential Resource Provider if they want more information to make their decision on if or how to proceed.
